The major update is complete. Good thing I reserved an hour for it, because I needed it. I ran into a few bumps, but for the most part everything seemed to go smoothly.
Right off the bat, you should notice a more conventional design. I tried to steer away from the the typical header, nav, etc, but hopefully the new layout will feel a bit more comfortable.
The ticket system has been overhauled to include "resolutions" for the tickets. Functionally, you may not notice much difference, but down the road we should be able to have a little more control of the state changes by using hooks. Besides the addition of this workflow, you should notice some filters on tickets, which should help make things easier to find. Next, push will include the hooks for changing the state of tickets, but I will include more info on that in a separate dev/logs.
Finally, some more work went into the rss feeds to make things a bit more consistent and better organized in your reader.
